The Winchester Bourne Team

Nicole is a Management Accountant qualifying in 1995, and joined Winchester Bourne in 2017 having worked as a Business & Financial Analyst at British Aerospace, a Financial Manager at De La Rue and the Financial Controller for a management consultancy firm. As such, she comes with a real breadth of experience – not only of industry but also of operational experience including budgeting, reporting of monthly management accounts, forecasting and performance analysis.

Nicole also has excellent payroll and knowledge and manages a portfolio of Winchester Bourne’s clients’ monthly and weekly payrolls.

Whilst her tenacious spirit enables her to add real value for our clients, whether providing systems overviews, getting involved in the brass tacks or applying an intelligent mind to solving accounting problems, she also thrives in the ever-changing world we function in, continually developing her skills and knowledge base accordingly.

Nicole is also fully accredited in Xero.

Her hobbies and interests include going to her local gym, travelling and learning new skills, her latest being tiling!
