Our fully qualified accountants deal with personal tax, tax planning, statutory year end accounts preparation for limited companies, sole traders, partnerships, LLPs, CICs., whether small or large. We provide business tax computations, personal taxation self assessments, company secretarial services and so much more.

We provide accounting services to clients who use Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, many cloud based and desktop based solutions and also simple spreadsheets. We have specialist staff to help and advise with them all.

Our fees are very competitive for the quality of service we provide and our fees are often less than previously incurred for the annual year-end process.

At Winchester Bourne we produce our clients’ statutory accounts in a timely way so that the accounts can be thoroughly reviewed; bonus payments and dividends assessed and accrued in plenty of time for HMRC, pension and Companies House deadlines. Our aim is to complete the statutory accounts within three months of the company year end. Our clients benefit from being able to plan for tax payments, pension contributions, well in advance with no unwelcome surprises!

Where your enquiry is of a specific nature not related directly to the preparation of the accounts, for example share allocations, property purchases, specialist advice on R&D, SEIS, we will discuss this with you and advise of any additional fees involved for your approval before we proceed. Our fees are always transparent.
